Shipping Rates

Our shipping rates are calculated on the weight and size of the products ordered and your delivery zip code, therefore we do charge actual shipping. The initial amount that you are charged is only an estimation, as weight of the shipping material cannot be calculated exactly until the order has been filled.  Please keep in mind that the final shipping charge is always adjusted to the true weight of the order and will never be higher than the estimated amount but could be reduced depending on the true weight of the package.  If for some reason the estimated shipping is higher than the actual shipping cost, that difference will be credited back to the customer's credit card.

We currently do not offer shipping discounts, since all of our regularly priced items are always 5% below the MSRP.  If you sign up for our newsletter, however, you will see that we offer special coupons and discounts to our subscribers at least once a month. Often times your savings, when taking advantage of these special offers, will either equal or exceed your shipping costs.

Currently we ship via USPS Priority Mail.  Express Mail is an optional feature.

Shipping Time Estimate

Normal processing time for an order is 24-48 hours from the time the order was placed. Please note that this is only an estimate and it may take longer for your order to ship if the volume of orders to be processed is higher than normal.

Most orders ship within 1-3 business days from Garden Grove, California, depending on the volume of orders currently being processed.

Delivery Time:
Your shipping rate is based on the weight of your order and it's destination address. Additional delivery time should be expected to International shipments as well as those going to US Military addresses.

Return Policy

The Mustard Seed does not accept returns at this time.  If there was an error with your order, please contact us so that we can quickly resolve any issues you may have.

Although we make every reasonable effort to ensure the quality at which you receive your order, mistakes can happen.  If the value of the mishap is less than $5.00, a credit will be issued to your account. If the value is more than $5.00, we will do our best to replace the damaged or missing product.
