SHIPPING​

The Mustard Seed Studio currently ships locally to all addresses in Singapore.

 

All orders will be processed and dispatched within 3 days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Shipping will take 2-3 days to reach you/your recipients.

​

In the event of a loss of parcel due to shipping, please write in to us within 2 days along with your order number and tracking for us to do the necessary checks with the courier company.

RETURN & EXCHANGE​

All items sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.If item(s) ordered were damaged in shipping, please contact us at here within 3 days of delivery and we will gladly work to resolve the situation for you.

You will be required to submit a digital photo of the damaged item(s) and the packaging it arrived in (for purposes of shipping insurance claims), along with your order number and a brief description of the damage to the item(s). A confirmation email will be sent to you within 2-3 business days confirming receipt of your request and replacement(s) will be sent to the original mailing address.

 

Items that missing from your order must be reported within 2 days of delivery and will be eligible for replacement, exchange, or in the case where the product is no longer available, a refund or shop credit may be issued.
